Urgent!! Project Manager (CSCPM/QM/CONQUAS)

Highlight :

Plan, execute, monitor, and manage building projects to ensure compliance with contractual, client, quality, environmental, health, and safety (QEHS) requirements.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project completion within approved financial targets.
Lead and coordinate project teams by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, objectives, and deliverables.
Oversee suppliers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project requirements, QEHS standards, schedules, and cost controls.
Monitor site progress and construction productivity, identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports, project records, documentation, and email correspondence.
Provide regular project updates to management, covering key QEHS, cost, schedule, and progress performance indicators.
Identify potential project risks, delays, or issues and implement appropriate corrective actions where necessary.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within building construction projects.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Possess relevant safety certification such as CSCPM.
Proficient in Microsoft Project and project scheduling tools.
Certified QM / CONQUAS Manager certification will be an added advantage.
Strong project management, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Good understanding of construction processes, project schedules, cost management, and QEHS requirements.
