User Experience (UX) Researcher III Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in user research with a background in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or Social Science.
- Proficiency across various research methods, including ethnography, usability testing, concept testing, and contextual inquiry, with familiarity in blending qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and adapt quickly to shifting workflows and emerging AI-powered UX capabilities.
- Strong communication skills capable of engaging senior audiences and navigating dynamic discussions.
- Deep UX expertise with a systems-thinking approach to influence cohesive user experiences.
