Job Description:
Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the E-Commerce Industry is looking for a User Growth Manager to be located in Jakarta as descripted below:
- Understanding growth potential and define new project with clear work teams to drive user growth.
- Define resource including budget and team involvement for growth program.
- Facilitate problem solving and manage cross team coordination.
- Work with analyst, collect insight from sales and merchandise, interview customers, benchmark competitors, and align platform decisions with leaders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in consulting, tech, or FMCG company.
- Min Bachelor Degree & Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in using data strategy development tools.
- Possess good business insight and business sensitivity and have the ability to think creatively.
- Good project management skills with result driven and teamwork (ownership, deliver before deadline, people engagement).
