• Job Title: (Senior) Regional Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Management

• Understand market potential, suggest the development of product portfolios, and grow the regional market.
• Establish short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals and visions for the region.
• Collect and utilize customer insights to develop and continuously update business plans.
• Maintain strategic-level clients and advance the customer decision-making process.

Leading and Building the Regional Business Team

• Manage and develop the team by designing training plans and implementing relevant tools within the team, such as core competency systems, performance evaluations, career development, and coaching.
• Guide the team in executing business plans that are recognized and participated in by customers.
• Manage and track business goals to deliver business results.
• Provide recommendations on organizational structure and hierarchy settings within the region.

Operational Management

• Establish regional performance goals and corresponding market policies, develop action plans, and communicate them with employees in the region.
• Ensure the management of regional information systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for mutual success.

Market Access Management

• Fully understand the value of products for different stakeholders.
• Fully understand the business environment in the assigned region and continuously seek the best paths for product accessibility.
• Promote and maintain the brand influence of Sanofi products.

Communication and Coordination

• Establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand company strategy, lead and embrace change, and improve team effectiveness and business models through communication.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Work Experience: 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 1 year of second-line management experience and a track record of strong performance.
• Industry knowledge and knowledge of relevant fields are preferred.
• Possess excellent strategic thinking, leadership, team management, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Possess traits such as resilience, learning agility, result-orientation, and ambition.
• Possess a high level of compliance awareness.
