- Manage End-to-End Value Stream: Oversee the employees and entire sequence of activities that deliver products or services, from raw materials through production and delivery to customers.
- Lead Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean principles, value stream mapping, and process optimization to identify and eliminate waste and improve flow.
- Drive Operational Goals: Achieve key performance indicators related to quality, delivery, scrap reduction, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, Program Management and maintenance teams to align efforts and resolve issues that impact the value stream.
- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and ensure facility and process readiness.

- Communicate and Report: Use visual management tools, daily performance metrics, and value stream boards to communicate progress, identify root causes of problems, and ensure accountability.
- Facilitate Kaizen and Lean Events: Lead continuous improvement workshops, rapid problem-solving sessions, and sustainable Lean activities across shifts and teams.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Promote adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to create a secure work environment.
