VDI Architect Consultant (Remote) DC0026

Proven experience architecting, consulting, and implementing virtual desktop solutions, with specific expertise in Citrix, VMWare Horizon, and Cloud VDI services, particularly Azure WVD.

In-depth knowledge of VDI concepts, including desktop virtualization, application virtualization, user profile management, and remote access protocols (e.g., RDP, HDX, PCoIP).

Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations, as they relate to virtual desktop environments.

Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for streamlining deployment tasks, optimizing system performance, and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
