Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent guest services throughout the vehicle purchase and delivery process
- Support sales staff by assisting Customer's with the connection of mobile devices, explaining the vehicle's accessories before Customer's leave with their vehicle
- Assist with outdoor work such as moving vehicles within the dealership lot and managing parking areas efficiently
- Support delivery drivers by assisting with loading, unloading, and safe transportation of vehicles to customers’ locations
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle features, delivery timelines, and parking instructions at parking areas
- Maintain organized records of transactions, deliveries, and vehicle status updates to ensure smooth operations
- Assist Sales Team with documents and connecting with previous Customers
- Any other tasks assigned by Sales Managers
