GENERAL SUMMARY
Leads business development and membership growth to achieve the Credit Union’s growth targets. Operates as both a player and a coach, this leader and their team drives B2B activity on acquiring, deepening, and cultivating relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and corporate relationships. Builds trusted executive-level relationships and deploying on the Credit Union growth strategies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
- 8 to 10 years’ related experience required, including significant proactive outbound sales and business development experience in B2B.
- 5+ years’ experience managing a sales or business development function.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to proficiently read and interpret information on systems and documents.
- Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar.
- Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10-key.
- Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Moderate keyboard skills at 40 wpm.
- Excellent customer service skills.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Pay Ranges:
SF Bay Area: $154,088.00 - $211,871.00
Houston: $129,433.92 - $177,971.64
This position is eligible to participate in the Key Employee Incentive Plan. Annual incentive opportunity ranges from 0–14% of incentive eligible earnings, based on institutional performance (0–4%) and individual performance (0–10%). Incentive payments are discretionary and subject to approval.
