VP - Human Resources

The Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the CTDI Leadership team, with close interaction with all business unit leaders and the overall executive staff, and will based out of CTDI Headquarters in West Chester, PA. The VP of HR will be responsible for the overall Human Resources management, design, communication, compliance and administration. The VP will provide support to employee relations, workforce and talent, administration, payroll, and total rewards teams for CTDI.
