Warehouse Assistant ( electronics-related industrial design)
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage our day-to-day warehouse activities. In this role, you will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, maintain precise inventory records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensure warehouse safety standards are strictly met. You will also coordinate closely with Head Office and freight forwarders to ensure smooth local dispatches and export shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Receive incoming shipments, verify physical stock against documentation, and perform picking, sorting, labeling, and packing for outgoing deliveries.
Inventory & Systems Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy; execute internal stock transfers within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
Materials & Product Checks: Monitor packing material stock levels to initiate timely reorders; handle incoming/outgoing inspections and arrangements for ICs and transformer products.
Stock Takes & HQ Coordination: Prepare and participate in annual physical inventory audits. Communicate actively with Head Office to resolve unrecorded incoming shipments.
Ad-hoc Operational Tasks:
Generate weekly shipping reports, picklists, invoices, and shipping documentation via WMS.
Plan daily local dispatch schedules and coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (experience with SAP is a strong advantage)
