Job Description
- Define and execute strategic leasing plans for warehouses and industrial properties aligning with market dynamics and property characteristics.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current tenants understanding and addressing their needs to increase tenant retention.
- Proactively identify and engage potential tenants through market research and negotiations thereby expanding our clients tenant base.
- Lead lease discussions focusing on terms rent structures tenant improvements and other critical lease elements
Requirement
- A minimum of 5 years experience within the leasing department of logistics / industrial warehouse
- Proven track record in negotiating and finalizing complex lease arrangements including in largescale transactions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and regional real estate markets trends and competitors.
