What you´ll do Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound deliveries, returns, repacks, inventory management, and promotional pack-outs. Ensure efficient material flow through resource planning, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse maintenance programs. Lead and maintain compliance with all SHEQ, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a safe workplace culture. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse processes, operational efficiency, and cost performance. Manage warehouse budgets, including labor, overtime, maintenance, and supplies, while ensuring equipment reliability through preventive maintenance. Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team through performance management, problem-solving, and skills development.
