The Opportunity
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who is results-driven, organized, and hands-on to lead warehouse, production, salvage, recycling, inventory, and Outlet operations while ensuring donated goods are processed and distributed efficiently to maximize their value and support our retail operations. This is an opportunity to lead and develop a team, improve operational efficiency, drive production results, and strengthen the flow of donated goods from donation to sale while contributing to a mission that matters.
What You'll Bring
- Four years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including at least two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of experience.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to train, develop, coach, and hold employees accountable for performance, safety, and operational standards.
- Knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and donated goods processing operations, with the ability to manage product flow, quality, production goals, inventory, and equipment.
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate performance, make sound decisions, adjust priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and safety awareness, with the ability to work effectively across teams while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in Spanish preferred.
