Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER to work in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia for 2 years contract on a Biofuel project.

Responsibilities

To oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse / material for the project.
To manage inventory control, logistics and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of material for the project.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records
Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules
Resolve transportation and distribution issues promptly
Conduct regular safety check.

Requirements

Min. 12 years experience in warehouse management
Must have experience in refinery construction project ideally greenfield project.
Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics
Problem solver and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Successful candidate is expected to communicate effectively and to liaise both in writing and speaking to Chinese clients/contractors who uses Mandarin as their main language for business level communication
Able to start work within short notice preferred.
Willing to take on 2 years contract.
