Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and morale.
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet operational goals.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in industrial parts or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Forklift certification and WHMIS training are assets.
