Job Description

JAO ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD.is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations.The role involves managing manpower, supervising warehouse staff, coordinating parcel processing and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

1.Key Responsibilities

● Manage daily warehouse operations, manpower and schedules.
● Supervise warehouse staff and parcel sorting activities.
● Oversee receiving, scanning, sorting, storage and dispatch of parcels.
● Coordinate with delivery teams for parcel collection and dispatch.
● Monitor warehouse productivity, inventory and operational performance.
● Resolve daily operational issues and report to management.
● Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
● Ensure company procedures and operational requirements are followed.
● Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics operations.

2.Requirements
● Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations.
● Experience in manpower coordination and team supervision.
● Good communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
● Ability to manage daily warehouse operations and schedules.
● Experience in parcel handling, inventory or warehouse operations will be an advantage.
● Class 3 driving licence is required.
