Warehouse Manager

Main responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations in compliance with cGMP and company quality standards.
Oversee the receipt, storage and distribution of materials, including temperature-sensitive products.
Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
Coordinate the timely supply of materials to production and packaging.
Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs, while managing deviations, investigations and CAPAs.
Support internal, regulatory and customer audits, ensuring ongoing compliance.
Manage warehouse resources, budgets, equipment and service contracts.
Lead, train and develop the warehouse team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support departmental objectives.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, logistics, supply chain management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proven experience managing audits, SOPs, deviations, CAPAs and quality documentation.
• Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and planning abilities.
