Warehouse Manager

Roles Responsibilities

This position reports to the Director and interfaces with Operation Manager. Organisation Richbox Manufacturing (s) Pte. Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Trainee will get orientated and get use to how the company runs the warehouse, understanding the various products from plastic pellets to range of wooden pellets used, bubble wrap to foam mould and MHE used.

2. Trainee will be able to Lead the warehouse team, ensure end-to-end supply chain is managed according to plan. Maintains accountability to stock discrepancy. In charge of repairs and requisition for replacement.

3. Trainee will be able to Provide directions to team members, ensure work/shift are planned ahead, manage attendance issues that may arise from time to time and all last minute contingencies are addressed on time. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

4. Trainee will be able to establish and monitor safety procedures and protocols and safeguards warehouse operations and contents through right processes and protocols.
