Wayfinding Design & Planning Manager

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Wayfinding Planner or Architect with interior and exterior signage expertise to support and lead projects within our Experiential Graphics + Wayfinding Practice. As part of our multidisciplinary Community Solutions Group, this role contributes to creating memorable and functional places across academic and healthcare campuses, downtowns, urban districts, parks, mixed-use developments, and public realm environments. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience, with responsibilities including design leadership, project management, client engagement, budget oversight, fee proposal preparation, and project delivery from concept through implementation. This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule and a sign-on bonus.
