Web Application Developer

The position of Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing approved business-critical Web Applications to deliver new functionality and long-term value to the organization. This role combines strong technical proficiency in Java web development with the analytical skills needed to understand business requirements, design effective solutions, and provide ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with business users and other IT team members to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions, while effectively leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, and debugging.
