Web & Mobile Solution Architect

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Requirements:

• Min. 4 years of experience as an Architect or Tech Lead; extensive practice in designing end-to-end solutions (frontend, backend, mobile).
• Design patterns, Clean Architecture, Clean Code, system modularity, and public cloud.
• API design, integrations with external systems, security, performance, caching, monitoring, offline mode, and data storage.
• Refactoring and legacy system migrations.
• CI/CD, test automation, code review, QA practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Tech Stack:
  • Web: PHP, Laravel, React.js, or Vue.js.
  • Mobile: Swift and SwiftUI, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Evaluating trade-offs (balancing business value, time, costs, and technical debt).
• Translating technical concepts to dev teams and business stakeholders.
• English at a min. B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a software house / digital agency (projects for external clients).
• Experience in fixed-price projects.
• Creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) and technical prototypes.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting development.
• Experience working in international, distributed teams.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Responsibilities:

• Designing scalable cross-platform architecture and APIs. Defining boundaries and data flows. Implementing common mechanisms: integrations with external systems, auth, data, monitoring, and security. Creating documentation and diagrams.
• Selecting technologies/frameworks along with impact analysis (performance, security, maintenance, scalability, costs). Modernizing and migrating legacy systems.
• Requirements analysis. Conducting discovery calls (needs, constraints, risks). Presenting architecture and estimations. Supporting proposals, pricing, and RFPs.
• Leading projects. Managing Sprint 0 (setting up environments, repos, CI/CD, security, tests). Enforcing Clean Code and unifying standards (web/mobile). Conducting code/architecture reviews and mentoring. Identifying risks. Collaborating with: UX/UI, QA, frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, and Delivery teams.
• Responsible implementation of AI. Ensuring security and GDPR compliance.
