A leading global provider of high-quality captioning and accessibility services is seeking an experienced Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join their Sydney-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work autonomously within a collaborative environment, supporting and enhancing a well-established infrastructure platform while contributing to key cloud and migration initiatives.
The successful Windows Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and uplifting the existing environment, partnering with stakeholders across the business, and driving infrastructure improvement projects. This is a part-time, 6-month contract with an immediate start, offering the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position.
The Windows Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to;
Maintaining and supporting the organisation's Windows infrastructure environment
Administering and enhancing Active Directory and Azure cloud services
Managing and monitoring backup and recovery solutions using Veeam
Supporting and optimising the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Developing and maintaining automation and scripting solutions
Providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting across infrastructure platforms
The Windows Infrastructure Engineer will have experience in the following;
Experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments
Active Directory administration and management skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Experience administering and maintaining Veeam Backup & Replication
Proven scripting experience using PowerShell or similar automation tools
Experience delivering infrastructure migration and transformation projects
