Wine Logistic Associate
As a Wine Logistics Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring that every bottle is properly received, stored, packed and delivered. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is organised, dependable and takes pride in doing things well.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, unpack and inspect wines carefully for deliveries and collections.
- Check wine bottles in and out of the warehouse and retail shop, maintaining accurate records.
- Receive, organise and release stock at the retail shop.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with regular stock counts.
- Plan deliveries and prepare the related documentation.
- Coordinate deliveries and customer collections in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders, suppliers and other logistics partners.
- Support procurement, shipping and other day-to-day operational activities.
- Handle wines carefully and ensure that storage, packing and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Provide friendly, efficient and memorable service to customers.
- Assist with office and retail administration, the purchase of office supplies and occasional general errands.
- Identify and suggest practical ways to improve logistics, administrative and back-office efficiency.
- Perform other reasonable duties that support the Company’s evolving business needs.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about wine and the fine-wine business.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, retail operations or inventory management would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A valid driver’s licence would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Degree, or an equivalent qualification. Entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
