Workday Reporting Analyst

Workday Reporting Analyst - Inside IR35 - £630 p/d

My client is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst with deep expertise in Workday reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders, designing fit-for-purpose reports, developing dashboards, and ensuring Workday's reporting functionality is leveraged to its fullest potential. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong Workday reporting experience across HCM and/or Finance modules.

Candidates must have the following skills / experience:

• Workday certifications (at least 2) must include Workday Reporting/Advanced Reporting ; others may include HCM, Financials, or Analytics (S&I)
• Advanced Workday reporting experience including; Calculated Fields, Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports Dashboards, Scorecards & Trending Reports
• Strong experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into reports
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful data analysis to support decision-making
• Experience supporting at least 2 full Workday implementations or enhancement projects
• Experience working in an operational/BAU Workday environment
