WORKFORCE SPECIALIST CASE MANAGER

Provides assessments, job development and placement services to individuals with disabilities . Assumes primary responsibility for individual’s case coordination and performs follow-up activities. Assists participants with significant barriers to employment to improve self-sufficiency. Develops partnership with businesses, organizations, and Employer Outreach venues to meet the demands of the current job market and individual client interest, and to assist clients in employment advancement efforts.
