Education Requirements: B.COM/M.COM/MBA Work Experience Requirements: Accounting Graduate with more than 6-7 years of experience in Accounting/R2R. Good Communication Skills. Responsibilities: Review & preparation of journal Entries, month-end close activities, BS reconciliations Intercompany, Fixed Assets Accounting, GAAP Ledger Closing, Consolidation etc., Support to auditors, manage internal trackers, handling client requests etc. Role Specific Skills: Should have good understanding of GAAP accounting principles and procedures. Subject matter expert of Journals Preparation, Reconciliations and related reports, investigate problems and organize projects. Insurance accounting regulatory reporting experience or US GAAP/IFRS knowledge preferred. Practical experience of various activities in a statutory/GAAP accounting close cycle and deliver results accordingly. Review of journal entries preparation, Balance sheet reconciliations, Intercompany, Prepaids, Accruals, Fixed Assets etc. Knowledge of Insurance Business is preferred. Technical/Soft Skills Good understanding of MS Excel Working Experience in SAP/Oracle/Blackline etc.
