Account Executive
What You'll Do
- Handle payments and follow up on any outstanding bills
- Review aging reports for customers and suppliers
- Ensure supplier and customer account records are correct
- Assist in prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Keep financial records accurate and updated
- Support audits and prepare documents for tax matters
- Process payroll and manage petty cash
