Adobe Commerce Sr. Solutions Architect
The Senior Solution Architect serves as the primary strategist for enterprise digital commerce transformations, architecting composable ecosystems using Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service (ACCS) and Adobe Commerce Optimizer (ACO). In an AI-First consulting environment, this role leverages AI-driven system modeling, automated architectural analysis, and AI-native commerce technologies (e.g., agentic workflows, dynamic hyper-personalization) to accelerate value delivery and design forward-compatible enterprise platforms.
Enterprise AI & Commerce Design: Architect end-to-end composable commerce solutions leveraging ACCS, ACO (Edge Delivery Services), App Builder, API Mesh, and AI capabilities (Adobe Sensei, generative search, and custom AI agent integrations).
AI-Assisted Architecture Strategy: Utilize AI tools and LLMs for rapid solution blueprinting, automated code/API pattern audits, data flow mapping, and legacy system refactoring strategies.
Agentic & Headless Integrations: Design integration patterns connecting ACCS/ACO with AI-powered search, recommendation engines, generative customer support, and autonomous inventory/pricing agents.
SaaS Modernization: Guide enterprise clients in migrating from monolithic or PaaS setups to versionless ACCS architectures and ACO catalog ingestion models.
Governance & Standards: Establish out-of-process App Builder extension patterns while setting guidelines for safe, secure, and ethical AI integration across client platforms.
Experience: 8-12+ years in digital commerce architecture, with 5+ years specializing in Adobe Commerce (Magento) and cloud-native SaaS patterns.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating or orchestrating AI/ML capabilities into commerce ecosystems (e.g., AI search, automated merchandising, LLM API orchestration, AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude/ChatGPT workflows).
Adobe Ecosystem Depth: Expertise with ACCS, App Builder, API Mesh, Edge Delivery Services, and Adobe Sensei Live Search / Recommendations.
Certifications (Preferred): Adobe Certified Master - Adobe Commerce Architect or Expert Solution Architect.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $152,118 to $202,730.
