AI Solution Analyst
Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Solution Analyst with a background in consulting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The core mission is not to "build AI," but to drive business teams to understand, adopt, and actively use AI — serving as the bridge between business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities within business processes where AI can add value, and propose actionable AI use cases
- Drive the adoption and piloting of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Dify) in day-to-day business operations
- Translate business requirements into executable solutions in collaboration with technical and AI teams
- Support stakeholder management, project planning, and change management for AI initiatives
- Track the on-the-ground impact of AI projects and produce ROI and risk analyses
- Assist in building lightweight AI applications (e.g. Dify-based Chatbots, Workflows, Knowledge Bases) to support business use cases
Requirements
- Min Bachelor Degree in Business Management
- Ideal experience in investment bank and have a strong understanding of Financing
- Strong logical thinking and structured communication skills
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts (LLM, Agent, RAG, etc.)
- Proficient in at least one mainstream AI tool for daily productivity
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience building on Dify or similar no-code AI platforms (Chatbot / Workflow / Knowledge Base)
- Project management certification or relevant experience
- Practical experience with Prompt Engineering (structured prompting, few-shot, chain-of-thought)
