Essential criteria

1. Participating in testing of participant and provider digital tools including, planning, preparing and delivering testing through the various testing lifecycles including user acceptance testing (UAT) Build Verification Testing (BVT) for product releases.

2. Producing reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.

3. Engaging in quality management and testing assurance activities through the preparation and review of test strategies, plans, accessible test scripts, and coverage matrices.

4. Supporting participants and their representatives including registered providers with UAT activities and BVT.

5. Delivering impactful communication by translating technical and complex information clearly and concisely for diverse audiences and building supportive, collaborative working relationships within and across teams, and engages with technical business areas to achieve outcomes.

Desirable criteria

1. Able to plan for and create Test Cases and analyse requirements and provide test case traceability.

2. Thorough understanding of Test Phases and Test Types and Detailed understanding of the Defect Management process.

3. Exposure to the Agile Delivery methodology.

4. Ability to communicate and drive key test outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
