About the Role

To ensure the fund operations and accounting for pension funds and investment linked products carried out effectively and timely.

• Timely deliver financial reporting, decks with accuracy.
• Supervise daily investment operations, fund accounting, regulatory reporting, and risk monitoring for pension funds and investment-linked products.
• Conduct timely reviews of reconciliations, fees, expenses, and fund performance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports for group consolidation, management, marketing, and statutory purposes.
• Lead functional teams to ensure efficient operations and meet service objectives.
• Adapt to business changes, optimize procedures, and prepare for new operational needs.
• Assist in designing policies and systems to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop operational manuals, streamline workflows, and implement measures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Work with relevant departments to identify improvement opportunities and reduce costs.
• Set clear objectives and performance standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to team members.
• Promote cooperation among teams and resolve customer complaints.
• Seek feedback to improve service and operational efficiency.
