Assistant Manager
Develop and manage small CAT modeling projects. Ensure documentation and CAT modeling standards are adhered to. Develop and deliver training sessions on CAT modeling best practices. Provide feedback and support to junior team members. The Assistant Manager – Platform Engineer will play a key role in supporting platform development and operations. This role involves managing day-to-day engineering tasks, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of platform solutions. You may work independently on specific projects or collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals.
- Assist in managing platform engineering projects and deliverables
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement automation and process improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution
- Contribute to documentation and reporting for leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps
- Strong technical skills in cloud services and automation tools
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
