Job Description
- Responsible for managing a portfolio (ranging from Commercial to Corporate clients) including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services
- Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
- Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship.
- Identify clients’ needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability.
- Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned.
- Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”).
