This mobile role focuses primarily on supporting baseball camps and clinics at various parks and fields around the city, providing top-level instruction to youth athletes ranging from beginners to advanced players.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Innovate: Deliver high-quality, skill-specific baseball instruction primarily at camps and clinics across Philadelphia's parks and fields.
- Engage and Connect: Build lasting relationships with athletes, their families, and coaches, enhancing our strong community ties.
- Tailor Your Approach: Provide tailored coaching that suits the age and skill level of each athlete in a dynamic camp or clinic environment.
- Collaborate with Peers: Work alongside other skilled instructors, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance the quality of our programs.
- Support Events and Programs: Play a crucial role in the setup, execution, and breakdown of our engaging baseball training events.
