Job Description
- Manage product lifecycle from launch to market maturity
- Develop sales forecasts and track financial performance
- Execute market introduction plans for new products
- Set and manage pricing guidelines and strategies
- Lead pricing negotiations with key customers
- Contribute to product marketing strategy development
- Prepare product documentation and market analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive product success
- Present to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Industrial) or related field
- 6 years of experience in business development or product management
- Experience in cables or sealants industry preferred
