BDR, Manager
You will lead and coach the London BDR team while helping build Ramp’s European market presence. You will recruit representatives, model prospecting and qualification, develop the BDR playbook, create messaging and sales collateral, set activity and pipeline goals, improve performance through coaching and data, and partner across sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the BDR team as a hands-on player-coach
- Hire, coach and develop BDRs
- Build and evolve the European BDR playbook
- Create messaging, sequences, call scripts and discovery frameworks
- Set activity, conversion and pipeline goals
- Use data and coaching to improve performance
- Partner with account executives and cross-functional counterparts
- Experiment with campaigns and outreach approaches
- Help define the go-to-market motion
Requirements
- AI fluency
- At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor
- Consistent quota over-attainment
- Experience helping individuals or peers improve performance
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work five days a week in the London office
- Additional European language fluency is a plus
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
