BRANCH MANAGER

• Sales: Originating loans, achieving sales targets, and developing and implementing sales plans
  
  
• Collections: Collecting from overdue customers and ensuring timely collections
  
  
• Customer service: Providing regular service to customers, resolving customer problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  
  
• Staff management: Hiring, training, and retaining staff, and providing feedback and coaching
  
  
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and adhering to company policies and guidelines
  
  
• Risk management: Assisting risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management, and ensuring proper verification and valuation of collateral securities
  
  
• Budgeting: Managing the branch budget, allocating funds, and defining financial goals
  
  
• Marketing: Planning, conducting, and monitoring marketing activities to ensure business growth
  
  
• Branch maintenance: Ensuring the branch is well-maintained and that all necessary infrastructure is available
  
  
• Reporting: Creating and maintaining weekly reports on operations and sales
  

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
   
2. Proven experience in branch management roles within the financial services sector, preferably in gold loans.
   
3. Strong understanding of gold loans, deposits, debentures, and insurance products.
   
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
   
5. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
   
6. Sound knowledge of NPA management and risk mitigation
