Business Analyst with German

Language requirements: Fluent German and English (C1)

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and cutting-edge IT solutions. We are looking for a tech-savvy Business Analyst with a strong focus on Data Management and a proactive approach to leveraging AI to drive innovation and optimization.

• Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst or Business Expert in strongly IT-focused projects.
• Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of Customer MDM, Data Quality Management, and microservices-based architectures.
• Testing & Tools: Hands-on experience with Gherkin, API testing tools (REST, Bruno, REST Assured), and Agile management setups.
• AI & GenAI Proficiency (Mandatory): Practical experience using AI-supported productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in software analysis or development contexts.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German AND English (both required).
• Mindset: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, customer-oriented attitude, and an agile mindset.
