Case Manager

As a Case Manager, you are responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs. Conduct meetings with youth addressing a myriad of issues and concerns, including but not limited to Anger Management, Basic Skills, Education, etc. Case manager's conduct assigned responsibilities with respect, consideration, encouragement, positive guidance, and utilization of resources towards the youths’ overall success.
