Co-Lead - Infrastructure Projects & Support| Thrissur

To co-lead the planning, execution, and support of infrastructure projects (IT or physical infrastructure depending on organization), ensuring timely delivery, operational stability, and alignment with business objectives.

1. Co-lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (IT systems, networks, facilities, etc.)
2. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
3. Monitor execution progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion
4. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
5. Oversee day-to-day support and maintenance of infrastructure systems
6. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems/services
7. Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution
8. Maintain service uptime and minimize downtime
