About the role

Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, the Data Analyst is responsible for:
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the organisation's Azure based enterprise data warehouse
- Developing, maintaining and optimising ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from clinical, operational, financial and external systems
- Designing automated data ingestion processes and establishing data definitions, lineage, metadata and business rules
- Performing data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and standardisation, and developing curated, trusted datasets
- Monitoring data pipelines to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
- Creating dashboards, reports and analytical products that give clinicians, operational leaders and executives actionable insight
- Helping teams to translate business needs into data driven solutions, and supporting predictive modelling with the Data Management team
- Have 2-4 years' direct experience implementing the technical stack supporting a group wide, Azure-based data warehouse expansion and build
- Hold an industry or tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent commercial experience
