District Manager

Job Summary
The District Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with an assigned group of customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, as well as managing the Technicians at these locations. This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and has 2 or more direct reports.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports, including annual merit review, and complete progressive disciplinary action.
- Knowledgeable on day-to-day processes and technology. (Field Connect, SSRS)
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and be primary point of contact.
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with customer account management, decision makers, and employees.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Concentric solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Review quarterly data with every customer, with monthly follow-up.
- Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly KPI’s and goals to the internal Concentric team.
- Forecast and track assigned customer account metrics – including managing the profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis with emphasis on customer retention.
- Work with the sales and senior management team to onboard and integrate new customers.
- Grow existing customer relationships and opportunities.
- Encourage and recommend equipment replacement based on supporting data.
- Ensure accuracy of all work completed by Technicians.
- Adhere to OSHA, CAL-OSHA, and Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP) standards.
- Ensure completion of all company safety and other training requirements.
- Manage compliance with customer safety policies.
- Implement and manage inventory controls and ordering processes.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Key Performance Measurements:
- A score card that reflects performance in areas such as Technician efficiency, Work in Process, safety, PM Completion and Inventory Variance.
- Management observation regarding professionalism, attitude, diligence, team contributions, ability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Other key performance measurements as determined by the direct supervisor.
