EHSS Manager

As the EHSS Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance at the plant level. You will oversee plant EHSS procedures, plans, and incident investigations while working under the immediate supervision of the EHSS Director with matrixed reporting to the Plant Manager. You will lead compliance programs, training, and documentation, inspect facilities, and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to established regulations. You will promote a zero-harm work environment by spending significant time in the operating facility, working directly with employees and management through training, coaching, and direct feedback. You may also direct one or more plant EHSS Specialists or Assistants.
