Ensure the development of electric and electronic hardware solutions with wellbalanced performance steps, delivering with quality and with modular scalability to support the transition to platform all company brands,
Responsibilities
- Design of Wiring Systems
- Creates schematics and 2D/3D layouts of wiring harnesses.
- Defines how electrical signals and power are routed between components (ECUs, sensors, actuators, HMIs, etc.).
- Ensures correct wire types, sizes, shielding, and insulation.
SKILLS
Must have
- Understanding of: Voltage, current, power distribution Signal types (analog, digital, high-speed data like Ethernet) Ability to: Calculate wire sizing and voltage drop o Ensure correct fusing and protection concepts Knowledge of: Vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) o General requirement Solid understanding of: o Electrical fundamentals (voltage, current, power) o Wiring systems and circuit design Knowledge of: Vehicle communication systems (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) Power distribution concepts (fusing, grounding) Basic understanding of: EMC/EMI principles Signal integrity (especially for ADAS / HPC)
