This position reports to:
Egypt Real Estate Manager__
Your Role: Own the Challenge
Project Manage multi construction projects ongoing in parallel from scope preparations to delivery.
Coordinate and coordinate between Stakeholders and consultant and contractors and ensure compliance with HSE.
Manage and coordinate the Facilities management vendors in the facility and follow up all process and global standards.
Coordinate any issues/tasks related to the facilities raised from stakeholders in order to assess it and close it with right actions.
Challenges you will be conquering:
- Work under pressure due to multiple tasks.
- Multi project management in parallel.
- Adapt to the dynamic environments form operations.
- Managing several vendors to ensure compliance and maintain performance.
What it takes to Run what runs the work
- Technical experience at least 8 years in project management Civil& Electro mechanical.
- Experience in managing multi project vendors and facility management tasks.
- High Communication skills to adapt with the process and company policies.
- Leadership skills to be able to control all tasks and coordinate between several parties
