Position Title: Finance Manager - Agribusiness Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 30,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: family medical insurance and annual incentives Job Location: Fujairah, UAE About the Client: A leading agricultural and food production team in Fujairah, operating integrated farming, manufacturing, and distribution businesses throughout the region. Job Description: • Lead the full finance function including end-to-end financial controls across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial reporting, inventory costing, and performance analysis to support operational decision-making. • Oversee multi-entity accounting, intercompany reconciliations, ERP controls, audit readiness, and month-end close activities. • Lead and develop the finance team while strengthening financial governance, compliance, and process improvements across the business.

Qualifications: • ACCA, CA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory • Minimum 4 years of experience as Finance Manager/Finance Assistant Manager, managing 4 or more direct reports • Full ownership of the end-to-end accounting cycle, including P2P, Inventory, O2C, and R2R (month-end close) • Must have experience in at least one of these sectors, including Retail, FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Agriculture
