What You'll Do
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
- Lead management, statutory and corporate financial reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax regulations and Bursa requirement
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and financial processes
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic business insights
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team
- Drive finance process improvements and transformation initiatives
- Support CFO and senior management on finance-related matters

Ideal Candidates
- Proven experience in finance and accounting function
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred
- Background in a Bursa Malaysia-listed company is an added advantage
- Exposure to the plantation, agriculture or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of MFRS, taxation and corporate governance.
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or MIA) is an added advantage.
