Full-Stack R&D Team Lead
You will lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features and product enhancements. You will provide technical leadership across backend and frontend systems, mentor engineers, drive scalable architectures, and ensure strong testing, observability, performance, and reliability. You will collaborate with Product, Security, and Research stakeholders and contribute to planning, sprint execution, and delivery commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features and product enhancements
- Provide technical leadership across backend and frontend systems
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality
- Drive scalable and maintainable architectures for real-time, security-critical systems
- Collaborate with Product, Security, and Research teams to align technical solutions with business and customer needs
- Ensure high standards for testing, observability, performance, and reliability
- Participate in planning, sprint execution, and delivery commitments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development
- 5+ years of experience with Python backend development
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React
- Experience with cloud platforms; AWS preferred
- Solid experience with SQL databases; PostgreSQL is an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead a team toward high-quality delivery
- B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
