Fullstack / Integration Engineer
We are looking for an experienced engineer to support the development and evolution of internal platforms and integrations across key business areas such as HR, recruitment, and corporate operations. This role combines application development, systems integration, and platform improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and system integrations
- Proficiency in at least one backend language - Java or Python
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS or frameworks)
- Experience building and maintaining web applications (internal and/or external)
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration with third-party services
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience with version control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD practices
- Ability to troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders

- Exposure to platform modernization or system transformation initiatives
