HR Operations Analyst / Lifecycle Specialist with English
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Analyst / Lifecycle Specialist to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes within a global organization. In this role, you will deliver high-quality HR operational services, ensure data accuracy across HR systems, and collaborate with employees, managers, payroll, and HR teams to provide an excellent employee experience.
You will also contribute to process improvements, HR reporting, and the optimization of HR service delivery while working in an international environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Shared Services, or a similar role.
- Practical experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HR, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- Experience working in an international or global environment will be an advantage.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience supporting HR process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR service delivery models and shared services environments
